This is our membership page which includes our Terms for attending CMEN events

Community of Men Enjoying Naturism (CMEN)

CMEN is a private group that is open to men. Gay, bi, gay sensitive, questioning, etc., without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, physical appearance, HIV status or age (except that you must be 21 years of age or older to be a member).

CMEN currently has four (4) Large events, the Southern California Gathering, the Northern California Gathering, and the Spring and Fall Gatherings held in Tennessee.

CMEN also hosts local weekend events in and near Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and locations in Northern California.

CMEN has terms of agreement that you must agree to, to become a member. You may not fill this form out for another person.

Membership at this time is $7/year.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT*

I ATTEST that I am male and at least 21 years of age.*

I AGREE and UNDERSTAND that CMEN is a private membership group and that CMEN retains the right to revoke membership at any time.*

I AGREE to honor the confidentiality of all membership rosters and other materials which I receive. I AGREE the the rosters and other materials remain the property of CMEN, and I AGREE to destroy or return said materials upon termination of membership.*

I AGREE to abide by all leadership decisions, policies and procedures.*

I ATTEST that I have read and agree with the CMEN Goals and Etiquette Guidelines for Naturists found at the link below*

Additional Terms*

By submitting a membership application and attending CMEN events, I agree that I will be responsible for my own personal belongings.

I RELEASE CMEN from any liability, CMEN (the Organization, the officers and leadership of CMEN from any personal injury or property damage occurring while I am attending any CMEN event).

I FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS of attending CMEN events.

I AM FULLY AWARE of the dangers inherent in participating in such events. Attendance at events and membership in CMEN is sensitive and confidential, and includes the duty to not disclose, distribute, copy, share, post on social media, blog, or in any way make public the identities, names, physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, photographs, videos, sound recordings, etc., of any CMEN member or activity.

I AGREE THAT ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE CAN RESULT IN THE MEMBER BEING SUED IN A COURT OF LAW OR EQUITY FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY ECONOMIC HARM FROM LOSS OF WORK, LOSS OF REFERRALS, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, LOSS OF PROFITS, ETC. AND FOR NON-ECONOMIC HARM FROM DIMINISHED REPUTATION.
